Responsibilities:

  • Secretariat;
  • Face-to-face and telephone attendance;
  • Treatment and archiving of correspondence;
  • Space management and maintenance;
  • Management of orders / purchases;
  • Management of the agendas of members of the administration;
  • Diverse collaboration with the financial, commercial and human resources department.

Profile:

  • Discreet, professional and careful presentation;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Results oriented;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Proactive and dynamic profile;
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities;
  • Working capacity under pressure;
  • Fluent in English;
