The Glidek Natural Language is an interface adaptable to the reality of each organization, allowing users to interact, through natural language, with any application, platform or system.


1 Billion Information Workers work every day in more than 1.3 Million Companies (US and EU) and have to deal every day with 10+ different applications that have to learn how to work with.

Over 100K corporations employ 50 Million Information Workers that do an average of 150 to 250 million transactions each day (>4 trillion USD (US & EU)).

Looking at these scenarios it’s verified the need to reduce costs in licensing, training, software development, as well the task’s time of execution or effort related with learning how to operate with several applications.


The Glidek Natural Language is an interface adaptable to the reality of each organization, allowing users to interact, through natural language, with any application, platform or system. The Glidek Natural Language interprets natural language within the context of an organization and performs actions, obtaining required information and the definition of actions and transactions to be performed by systems through data crossing of the organization and its stakeholders.

Natural Language is the language used by the humans in the way that if the computer is able to interpret and understand that language, we will experience a much more simple and easy communication between humans and machines and their systems, facilitating the daily operations. Consequently the companies will benefit of cost savings in licensing, training and software development, as well in time of execution of tasks and lack of need for learning a huge range of different applications.

The system is based on a set of servers that will be able to answer questions in natural language. The questions will be placed in text boxes on systems that are integrated with the solution. These text boxes will cause a REST request to the servers that will interpret the question. This interpretation will be mapped to an action that may or may not need more information. If more information is needed, it will be prepared an answer to the user that requires more information. Otherwise, the action is performed and the result of this execution returned to the user.
