Skilled Capacity CoE with Junior Academies
Joyn CoE can deliver new junior academies to increase the number of skilled engineers in technologies like Java, Angular/React or OutSystems.
We also support customers and partners in bolstering their teams with new software engineers, delivering academies with complete training and soft skills programs, to speed up capacity availability and reduce midterm costs. A typical academy can take as long as 8 to 10 weeks, followed by a four months period with a pilot project deep dive and daily mentoring from a senior tech expert.
