Eduardo Poças

Eduardo Poças is Manager of Infosistema, responsible for Microsoft and Mobile vertical development, since 2014.

Between 2011 and 2014 he was project manager of Wine-is, responsible for all the products of this company as well as for the portal that supports it.

In 2010 he was project manager for GFI, where he was responsible for the implementation of a phytosanitary and food certification process under the intervention of the Regional Directorate for Agriculture and Fisheries of Lisbon & the Tagus Valley in the Customs of the Ports of Lisbon and Customs at the Portela Airport.

Between 2004 and 2010 he was Senior Consultant of Infosistema, responsible for several products and for managing the R&D department. He was responsible for the analysis, architecture design and product development, management of the team in terms of its training and project occupancy. He  introduced the agile methodologies in the product development cycle (SCRUM), management of customers ‘ expectations and creating technical documentation, sales and marketing.

He holds a degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from IST and is certified in Project Management (PMP – Project Management Professional) by the Project Management Institute.
