Summer School Plan

The program takes place between July the 15th and September the 15th. The selected candidates (limited to 4) will join a young, dynamic, and sociable team and will encounter real world situations and the challenges of Infosistema customers.
The program includes 3 different stages:

Business activities
The internship starts with tasks in several different functional units of the company (marketing, finance, human resources). The goal of this stage is to acquire general knowledge about the organizational operations.

Software development
Secondly, the interns will integrate into a development team working with multiple technologies. The goal is to acquire and/or enhance the interns’ skills in a wide set of technologies (Java, Outsystems, Android, iOS…)

Evaluation and Certification

Every student receives a participation certificate for their overall performance and commitment to the program.

The mentors of each pool evaluate their students with a percentage grade. In the end, a distinct certificate will be attributed depending on the weighted average of the various pools grades. The exceptional students will obtain a Gold (more than 90%) or Silver (more than 70%) Certificate.
