Need to streamline the communication and coordination of the Bank with its commercial network of managers, improving its ability of setting goals and achieving them.
This project consisted in the development of an application designed to manage the information flow in the real estate evaluation process.
Santander’s information was not centralized. Often it existed only on paper or in email, leading to duplication of documents and communication faillures.
Santander used several applications based on extraction of relevant documents part of the bank’s branch network, processes for external promoters and Bookmarks Operation Factoring. This information was not centralized and therefore difficult to be consulted.�A;
