Infosistema — Sistemas de Informação, S.A. (“Infosistema”, “we”, “us”), headquartered at Rua do Proletariado, 7, Edifício Joyn, 2794-076 Carnaxide, Lisboa, Portugal, is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data through this website.

Data We Collect
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
- Usage data: Pages visited, referral source, browser type, device type, and IP address (anonymised via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager).

Purpose & Legal Basis
We process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under GDPR Article 6:

Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with the following third parties, solely to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- Google LLC — analytics & tag management (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Data transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Hosting providers — infrastructure partners operating within the EU/EEA.
- Joyn Group affiliates — solely for internal administrative and operational purposes.
Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months after submission. Analytics data is retained in anonymised, aggregated form. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@infosistema.com.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Lodge a complaint: File a complaint with the CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (cnpd.pt).
