Agentic AI

Integration: agents connected to your enterprise

Agentic AI integration is the engineering that connects an AI agent to your APIs, core systems, data and processes so it can do real work, inside your controls. It is Infosistema's core offer in agentic AI: we connect governed agents — from Vesster or Google's agent platform — to the systems your business already runs.

  • Connects agents to enterprise APIs, core systems, ERPs and document repositories
  • Works with Vesster's governed agents and Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform
  • Deployment in cloud, on-premises or hybrid estates
  • Integration heritage in banking, insurance, energy and the public sector

Why is integration the hard part of agentic AI?

A capable model is not a working agent. The agent has to read and write your systems, respect their rules, and orchestrate across services. That is an integration problem — and it is where most agent projects stall.

What does Infosistema integrate?

  • Core and line-of-business systems — the applications where the work happens, through their APIs or, where none exist, through new service layers.
  • ERPs, CRMs and ticketing — so agents can create, update and close the records a process depends on.
  • Document repositories and inboxes — where agents collect and file the documents a case needs.
  • Official and external data — company, tax and registry data through bizAPIs for verification and KYC agents.
  • Existing automation and messaging — workflows, queues and integrations already in place, rather than parallel ones.

How does Infosistema work with Vesster?

Vesster provides the agents and their governance: VessterOS, six proprietary agents and the agent lifecycle from assessment to handoff. Infosistema connects those agents to the client's systems, data and security controls, so each agent can collect, verify and act on real cases. The client gets one agent platform and one integrator, each doing its own part.

What does an integration deliver?

Working connections an agent can rely on: tool and API integrations with error handling, permissioned data access, orchestration between agents and services, and deployment into your environment — cloud, on-premises or hybrid. Each integration respects the permissions of the system it touches, so the agent can do no more than the process allows.

How do data and security fit in?

Integration is the first of three disciplines that make agents work. Data gives the agent current, governed and traceable information to act on; security scopes its identity, access and audit trail. We deliver the three together, because an agent connected to the wrong data or with too much access is a risk, not an asset.

What has Infosistema integrated before?

Integration is what Infosistema has always done: a PSD2 API layer for Open Banking at Banco Invest, end-to-end claims digitisation at Ageas Portugal, payments hubs and Open Banking APIs with aplonHUB and aplonAPI, and enterprise data migration with Data Migration Manager. Agentic AI applies the same work to a new kind of system.

Who prepares the people?

Integrated agents change how teams work. Infosistema's AI Academy helps clients create and run academies that train and reskill the people who will work alongside, supervise and extend the agents.

Frequently asked questions

What is agentic AI integration?

The engineering that connects an AI agent to enterprise APIs, core systems, data and processes so it can do real work inside the organisation's controls.

Is integration a one-off step?

No. Integration runs from assessing feasibility through build to production, where integrations are monitored and extended as agents take on more work.

What systems can AI agents integrate with?

Enterprise APIs and applications, ERPs, CRMs and ticketing, document repositories, databases and data platforms, official data sources and existing automation — with the right permissions and error handling.

Does Infosistema build its own agents?

Infosistema's agentic AI offer centres on integration. The agents and their governance come from an agent platform — Vesster, our partner, or Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform — and Infosistema connects them to your systems, data and controls.

Can integrated agents run on-premises?

Yes. Integrations can be deployed to cloud, on-premises or hybrid environments, and Vesster's agents can run in the client's VPC, on-premises or air-gapped.

What if a system has no API?

We build the service layer the agent needs, using the integration approaches Infosistema applies in banking, insurance and energy projects, rather than leaving the agent to work around the system.
