bizSupply
bizSupply is Infosistema's AI platform for supplier contract observability: it finds contracts and recurring costs in your email and files, extracts vendor, price, term and renewal date, alerts you 90, 60 and 30 days before each renewal, and benchmarks prices so finance and procurement teams can keep, renegotiate or cancel with evidence.
Supplier Contract Observability
- Finds contracts and recurring costs in email and files — PDF, DOCX, scans and images
- Renewal alerts at 90, 60 and 30 days, by email and Slack, with a recommended action
- Price benchmarks and savings calculations to support renegotiation
- Hosted on Google Cloud in the EU or the US; customer data is not used to train models
What is bizSupply?
bizSupply is a contract intelligence platform for finance, procurement and legal teams. It turns supplier agreements scattered across inboxes, shared folders and accounting systems into a single, searchable view of what the company pays, to whom, under which terms and until when.
What problem does bizSupply solve?
Companies pay for more than they know. Three patterns repeat:
- The ghost tool — subscriptions nobody can name any more.
- The silent renewal — contracts that renew automatically, often with a price increase, because the notice date passed unnoticed.
- The triple buy — several tools, bought by different teams, doing the same job.
Without a reference price, renegotiation also starts from a weak position. bizSupply addresses all three: discovery, renewal control and price evidence.
How does bizSupply work?
- Connect — sign in and connect a mailbox or drive with read-only, scoped access, upload files, or forward documents to a dedicated address.
- Detect and extract — AI classifies each document and extracts vendor, pricing, term and renewal date from PDF, DOCX, scans and images.
- Track — every contract gets a timeline, with multi-stage alerts 90, 60 and 30 days before renewal and a recommended action: keep, renegotiate or cancel.
- Benchmark — prices are compared with benchmarks to calculate potential savings and prepare negotiation arguments.
Under the hood, documents flow through a Source → Classification → Extraction → Benchmark pipeline, processed asynchronously and scoped to each tenant.
How can bizSupply be extended and integrated?
- REST API and data export to bring contract data into finance and procurement systems.
- Python plugins for the four pipeline stages (source, classification, extraction, benchmark) and ontologies that define what to extract for any document type.
- An MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude or Cursor can query documents, renewals, benchmarks and required actions directly.
- A Chrome extension that shows contract insights inside Gmail.
How does bizSupply protect contract data?
bizSupply runs on Google Cloud Platform (EU customers in europe-west1, US customers in us-central1) under Infosistema's ISO/IEC 27001 (with 27017 and 27018) and ISO 9001 certifications. Access is role-based and scoped per workspace, with no standing admin credentials, audited privileged actions and strict tenant isolation. Data and credentials are never stored in plaintext, and customer data is not used to train models. Breaches are notified within 72 hours, as required by GDPR.
