Vesster

Vesster — formerly DocDigitizer — is an enterprise agentic AI platform that builds, runs and governs AI agents the client owns: VessterOS provides graduated autonomy, security, policy-as-code compliance and a tamper-evident audit trail, and six proprietary agents run regulated processes end to end, from document collection and verification to fraud detection and compliance. Infosistema brings Vesster into enterprise projects as a partner product.

What is Vesster?

Vesster is an enterprise agentic AI platform and team: it designs, builds, deploys and operates AI agents on real business processes, under a governance layer the client owns. It combines VessterOS (governance and orchestration), six proprietary agents for regulated processes, and services from advisory to training. Vesster was previously known as DocDigitizer; the name changed, the team stayed the same.

Is Vesster the same as DocDigitizer?

Yes. DocDigitizer is now Vesster — same team, new name. DocDigitizer was known for its intelligent document processing API, which turns documents into structured data. Vesster builds on that experience with agents that cover whole processes — collecting documents, verifying dossiers, checking external sources, detecting fraud and recording compliance evidence — rather than a single extraction step.

What problem does Vesster solve?

Many companies run AI pilots that never reach production or deliver no measurable value, and regulated organisations cannot hand consequential decisions to an agent they cannot control, explain or audit. Vesster addresses both: agents start by observing, earn autonomy only through measured performance, hand exceptions to people with full context, and leave a complete evidence trail — so they can run in banking, insurance, healthcare or the public sector under the EU AI Act, GDPR and DORA-style controls.

What is VessterOS?

VessterOS is the governance layer for running agents in production, organised in four disciplines:

  • Autonomy — a graduated ladder from L0 Shadow (observes and proposes) to L1 Supervised (acts after approval), L2 Guided (acts while people handle exceptions) and L3 Full (end to end within a bounded scope). Evals gate each promotion, drift monitoring watches for degradation, and a kill-switch can stop an agent at any time.
  • Security — every input is treated as adversarial, with layered defences, short-lived least-privilege identities per agent and controls mapped to the OWASP Agentic Security top ten.
  • Context & access — a governed layer connecting agents to systems, documents and people, with typed tool capabilities and a sensitivity classifier that keeps sensitive data on-premises by default.
  • Compliance & sovereignty — obligations written as versioned, signed policy-as-code owned by the compliance team, returning one of four verdicts: allow, allow with conditions, deny or require a human.

Every decision is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit trail before it commits; workflows hand off to people on exceptions and resume afterwards, and resume exactly where they stopped after a failure.

What are Vesster's proprietary agents?

Six production agents run a regulated process end to end, configured to each client's processes and systems:

  • Connect — communication and document collection: contacts applicants across channels, requests the documents a file needs, follows up on missing items and hands a complete dossier to Verify.
  • Verify — document and dossier verification.
  • Sentinel — fraud and anomaly detection.
  • Recon — external data and public sources.
  • Cortex — orchestration and integration across the other agents and systems.
  • Guardian — compliance and audit trails, with a person in the loop on regulated decisions.

How does a Vesster engagement work?

Engagements follow the agent lifecycle — Assess, Co-design, Build, Govern, Optimize, Train — in four phases:

  1. Foundation (6–8 weeks) — scope one process, embed the team and run the first agent in shadow mode against a defined baseline.
  2. Evaluation & gate — a go / no-go decision against that baseline; the engagement stops if the agent does not meet the threshold.
  3. Transformation (6–12 months) — scale to coordinated agent teams under VessterOS, with graduated autonomy and compliance controls in production.
  4. Handoff — ownership, knowledge and tooling transfer, so the client runs the system independently.

Each engagement pairs a process analyst with an AI specialist, senior-only, and is measured on outcomes rather than hours.

Where can Vesster run, and how is data protected?

Vesster deploys in the client's VPC, on-premises or fully air-gapped, with confidential computing where needed. It is provider-agnostic — Anthropic, Mistral or open-source models on the client's own GPUs — and routes work by data sensitivity, so regulated and personal data stay in the perimeter. Vesster is ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 certified, designed to ISO/IEC 42001, aligned with the EU AI Act and DORA, and GDPR-compliant for data residency and rights. Contracts include documented model-gateway alternatives, escrow and a tested exit plan.

What can Vesster do?

Graduated autonomy

Agents move from shadow to supervised, guided and full autonomy only after proving performance in evals.

Policy-as-code compliance

Signed, versioned policies owned by compliance: allow, allow with conditions, deny or require a human.

Tamper-evident audit

Append-only, hash-chained evidence trail written before each decision commits, including human overrides.

Agent security

Layered defences against adversarial input, least-privilege agent identities and OWASP Agentic controls.

Handoff and resume

Exceptions go to a person with full context; the workflow resumes afterwards and survives failures.

Proprietary agents

Connect, Verify, Sentinel, Recon, Cortex and Guardian for regulated, document-heavy processes.

Sovereign deployment

VPC, on-premises or air-gapped, with provider-agnostic models and sensitive data kept in the perimeter.

Continuous optimisation

Eval harnesses, golden-dataset regression tests and drift detection after go-live.

Where is Vesster used?

Banking & financial services

Credit assessment, onboarding, KYC / AML, payment operations and regulatory reporting.

Insurance

Claims, underwriting, fraud detection and policyholder communications.

Healthcare & life sciences

Clinical documents, prior authorisation, pharmacovigilance and submissions.

Public sector

Benefits administration, licensing, procurement and inspection.

Manufacturing & supply chain

Procurement validation, supplier onboarding, quality inspection and logistics exceptions.

Energy, telecom and retail

Meter-data processing, compliance reporting, order management, returns and service triage.

Vesster and Infosistema: who does what?

Vesster and Infosistema each do their own part. Vesster provides the agents and their governance; Infosistema is the integrator that connects them to the enterprise, and prepares the people who work with them.

Frequently asked questions

What is Vesster?

Vesster is an enterprise agentic AI platform that builds, runs and governs AI agents the client owns, with VessterOS governance, six proprietary agents and services from advisory to training.

Is Vesster the former DocDigitizer?

Yes. DocDigitizer is now Vesster — same team, new name. Vesster extends DocDigitizer's document-processing experience into governed agents that run whole processes.

What does VessterOS do?

VessterOS governs agents in production: graduated autonomy with eval gates and a kill-switch, layered security, policy-as-code compliance with four verdicts, and an append-only audit trail written before each decision.

Which agents does Vesster provide?

Six proprietary agents: Connect (communication and document collection), Verify (document and dossier verification), Sentinel (fraud and anomaly detection), Recon (external data and public sources), Cortex (orchestration and integration) and Guardian (compliance and audit trails).

Can Vesster run on-premises?

Yes. Vesster deploys in the client's VPC, on-premises or fully air-gapped, and keeps regulated and personal data within the perimeter.

Which AI models does Vesster use?

It is provider-agnostic: Anthropic, Mistral or open-source models running on the client's own GPUs, routed by data sensitivity.

Is Vesster compliant with the EU AI Act?

Vesster is aligned with the EU AI Act by design — human oversight, logging and technical documentation — designed to ISO/IEC 42001 and certified to ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018.

How long does a first Vesster project take?

A Foundation phase of 6–8 weeks runs the first agent in shadow mode against a baseline, followed by a go / no-go gate before scaling.
