Role:
We are recruiting a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to be a part of the Infosistema sales team full-time.
You will join a young, dynamic and sociable team in which you’ll have to coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments as well as face real business situations and challenges. You will acquire unique soft skills and enrich your knowledge regarding organizational operations’ and processes’ challenges.
Some of your daily tasks?
- Targeting and reaching out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Managing customer and supplier relationships through frequent analysis on customer and supplier needs, problems and competitive activities;
- You will then get experience on sales CRM techniques, market research approaches and management control mechanisms by performing cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers.
